At FLAIR FĂștbol, we want you to play with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn gear and equipment. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
